What to attach to Jotform
After Exodus shows the transaction, capture the Exodus transaction screen and the blockchain transaction page opened from the transaction ID.
Tip: Give the Ethereum network a few minutes before collecting proof. A pending transaction can still be valid, but confirmed proof is easier to review.
Copy, do not type
Wallet addresses are long. Copy and paste them, then compare the first and last characters before sending.
Use Ethereum
USDC must be sent on the Ethereum network when the destination is labeled USDC-ETH.
Test first
For a first Coinbase-to-Exodus transfer, sending a small test amount like 1 USDC can help confirm the address.
